Frequently Asked Questions
Can you drape venues that say “no fixings to the ceiling”?
Yes, usually. We use free-standing pipe-and-drape rigs that do not require any fixing to the venue structure. Most heritage and hotel venues accept this approach.
What height can you drape to?
Standard drape goes up to 6m. For higher ceilings and large venues we can go to 12m+ with custom truss rigs.
How long does staging bump-in take?
Small stages (under 20sqm) take under an hour. Full conference stages with truss and lighting typically take 3 to 6 hours. We schedule bump-in with your venue.
Can you colour-match drape to our brand?
We carry ivory, white, black and grey in standard stock. Custom colours and printed branded drape are available with lead time.
Is your staging accessibility compliant?
Yes. We supply compliant ramps and stair access for all staging. Accessibility requirements should be flagged in your brief so we can specify the right access.
Can you install drape and staging at Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Oval or the Showground?
Yes. We work at all major Adelaide venues and coordinate with in-house venue operations on access and safety.
What if the venue has very limited bump-in time?
Tell us upfront. For tight bump-in windows we add crew and pre-configure as much as possible off-site to meet the timeline.
