Our Equipment Standards

Audio: Harman-based fleet. JBL line arrays and point source, Shure wireless microphones (SLX-D and ULX-D series), Soundcraft Vi and Si digital consoles.

Vision: Full HD minimum for all plenaries, 4K projection and LED walls available on request. Commercial panels only; we do not use domestic TVs.

Lighting: DMX-controlled stage wash, profile spots, gobos and colour LED fixtures for stage and room lighting.

Streaming and encoding: Broadcast-quality encoders with redundant internet over bonded cellular for mission-critical events.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you handle hybrid and live-streamed events?
Yes. We run multi-camera switching, broadcast-quality audio encoding and stream to Teams Live Events, Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn Live or any custom RTMP destination. Integrated Q&A and polling via Slido or Mentimeter is supported.
Do you supply crew or is hire dry-hire only?
Both. Most corporate events are fully crewed by our team. Dry-hire is available for experienced in-house AV teams. Crew requirements are recommended in every quote.
How early do you bump in?
For plenary conferences, typically the afternoon or evening before the event. For smaller events, the morning of. Bump-in timing is always confirmed with your venue coordinator.
Do you work outside Adelaide?
Yes. We regularly travel interstate for roadshows and conferences. Interstate travel and freight is quoted separately.
What backup do you have for equipment failure?
Every mission-critical channel has redundancy. Backup microphones on every channel, dual projectors on plenaries, hot-swap audio consoles for multi-day events, and bonded cellular internet for live streams.
Can you work with our venue’s in-house AV?
Yes. At venues with in-house AV partners we can supplement or replace the in-house rig depending on your preferences and the venue’s rules. We coordinate directly with the venue.
Do you do live recording and post-event video?
Yes. We can record full plenary video, multi-camera angles and isolated audio tracks for post-event editing or on-demand replay.
How many crew do we need?
Depends on scale. A simple breakout event might run with 1 technician. A full-day conference with plenary, breakouts and gala dinner typically needs 4 to 8 crew across audio, vision, lighting and event management. We recommend the crew structure in your quote.
